Processing time
Orders are processed and handed to the courier within 1-2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days within the Netherlands, and 3-6 business days elsewhere in the EU. These are estimates rather than guarantees — delivery can vary slightly depending on your location and the courier.
Shipping rates
Netherlands: €6.95, free on orders over €75.
Rest of the EU: €9.95, free on orders over €100.
